sewage odor disruptive noise

I found several aspects needing attention. the provided duvet felt more like a fleece throw blanket inside a cover, not what i anticipate in a hotel. furthermore, the shower drain emitted an unpleasant sewage odor. noise from people drinking, shouting, and smoking outside the window at late hours significantly disrupted sleep. I question why the hotel did not address this disturbance.

excellent breakfast convenient location great staff

The breakfast area featured an EXCELLENT selection. I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk from the metro. The staff provided GREAT restaurant recommendations.

The room doors are heavy and slam shut easily.

the staff were super friendly and cute. the breakfast staff were lovely too. the bed was very comfortable and i found lots of wardrobe space. the location was great, only a short walk to the train station, and i walked easily to all the main attractions!!!

my room felt quite old. the curtain didn't block the light very well so it was hard to darken the room. a street lamp was super bright at night. i found the heater wasn't working properly so i felt quite cold!

the hotel is close to the metro. i found the staff very helpful with directions. breakfast had a good selection. my room was quiet, but the air conditioning was slightly loud.

The bathroom was a bit small. It had only a shower and not a tub.

huge variety lovely garden friendly staff short walk

the breakfast had a huge variety of food. a lovely garden was available, so beautiful. the staff were super friendly and helpful, it makes such a difference. i appreciate the short walk to centrale station.

The air conditioning made some noise. I think it was elves inside using metal tools.
